Section 460IAC9-1-17. "Residential facility" defined

   "Residential facility" means a home in which a program as defined in IC 12-11-1-1(1) through IC 12-11-1-1(4) [IC 12-11-1 was repealed by P.L.272-1999, SECTION 66, effective July 1, 1999.] is carried out.
