Section 460IAC14-5-8. Family member's access to confidential information regarding vocational rehabilitation services

(a) A parent or a legal guardian of an applicant or an eligible individual is permitted to be involved in the individual's vocational rehabilitation services and to have access to this information on the same basis as the individual himself or herself.

(b) If an individual is an adult or emancipated minor, all VR program determinations, actions, and information are confidential. Information concerning the individual may be disclosed to family members of the individual only if the individual provides informed consent.
