Rule 460IAC11-1. Definitions |
Section 460IAC11-1-3. "Community residential facility" defined

"Community residential facility" means a facility that provides:
(1) residential services for developmentally disabled persons in a supervised group living program as described in IC 12-11-1-1(b)(1) [IC 12-11-1 was repealed by P.L.272-1999, SECTION 66, effective July 1, 1999.]; or
(2) residential services for mentally ill individuals in a supervised group living program as described in IC 12-22-2-3(2) [IC 12-22-2-3 was repealed by P.L.143-2011, SECTION 31, effective July 1, 2011.].
