Section 45IAC16-2-10. Express tariffs and schedules; form, filing and posting

   Construction, Filing, and posting of express tariffs and Schedules. (a) Tariffs and schedules of common and contract carriers of passengers containing rates and charges for the transportation of express or express classifications must conform to the requirements set forth to govern the construction, filing, and posting of common and contract carriers' passenger tariffs and schedules in rules 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of sections 1 and 2, subject to the modifications, exceptions, and additional requirements set forth in the following rules.

  (b) Wherever in the above rules and in rules 14 and 15 of section 4 the words "fares or charges" appear, substitute the words "rates or charges."

  When express tariffs are published separately, substitute the abbreviation PSCI No. E_____ wherever there appears in the above rules and in rules 14 and 15 of section 4 the abbreviation PSCI No. B_____.
