Section 440IAC4-3-11. Older adults; requirements for services

   The center shall provide for the service needs of older adults who experience significant loss of functioning due to mental health problems. This shall include but not be limited to:

(1) identification of an individual to coordinate the accessibility of traditional mental health care services available in the center to older adults;

(2) development of arrangements to provide services for home bound or institutionalized older adults consistent with their individual needs;

(3) identified consideration of older adults and their specialized service needs in the development of the annual program plan as called for in 440 IAC 4-2-2 [440 IAC 4-2-2 was repealed filed Jan 18, 1995, 10:50 a.m.: 18 IR 1474.].
