Section 440IAC10-4-7. Educational services

Latest version.

An OTP shall provide and document the education of patients during program orientation and annually on at least the following:

(1) The prevention, treatment, and transmission of the following:

(A) HIV and AIDS.

(B) Hepatitis C.

(C) Tuberculosis.

(D) Other sexually transmitted and communicable diseases.

(2) For pregnant women, prenatal care for the fetus while the patient is receiving opioid addiction treatment.
