Section 440IAC10-1-29. "Opioid addiction treatment" defined

  •    "Opioid addiction treatment" means a comprehensive range of medical and recovery services, as clinically indicated, for an individual to alleviate the adverse medical, psychological, or physical effects incident to opioid addiction. The term encompasses the following:

    (1) Detoxification treatment.

    (2) Short-term detoxification treatment.

    (3) Long-term detoxification treatment.

    (4) Maintenance treatment.
