Section 410IAC7-24-85. "Servicing area" defined

Latest version.

"Servicing area" means an operating base location to which a mobile retail food establishment or transportation vehicle returns for such functions as the following:

(1) Vehicle and equipment cleaning.

(2) Discharging liquid or solid wastes.

(3) Refilling water tanks and ice bins.

(4) Boarding food.
