Section 410IAC7-24-59. "Personal care items" defined

(a) "Personal care items" means items or substances that may be poisonous, toxic, or a source of contamination and are used to maintain or enhance a person's health, hygiene, or appearance.
(b) The term includes the following items, such as:
(1) Medicines.
(2) First aid supplies.
(3) Cosmetics.
(4) Toiletries.
