Section 410IAC7-24-429. Outdoor refuse areas; curbed and graded to drain

(a) Outdoor refuse areas shall be:

(1) constructed in accordance with law; and

(2) curbed and graded to drain to collect and dispose of liquid waste that results from:

(A) the refuse; and

(B) cleaning the area and waste receptacles.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
