Section 410IAC7-24-420. Refrigerated medicines; storage

(a) Medicines belonging to employees or to children in a child care center that require refrigeration and are stored in a food refrigerator shall be:
(1) stored in a package or container;
(2) kept inside a covered, leakproof container that is identified as a container for the storage of medicines; and
(3) located so they are inaccessible to children.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a critical item.
