Section 410IAC7-24-402. Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings

  •    (a) Except as specified under section 401 of this rule, the:

    (1) floors;

    (2) floor coverings;

    (3) walls;

    (4) wall coverings; and

    (5) ceilings;

    shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable, except that antislip floor coverings or applications may be used for safety reasons.

      (b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
