Section 410IAC7-24-397. Receptacles or vehicles

Latest version.

(a) Refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be removed from the premises by way of:

(1) portable receptacles that are constructed and maintained according to law; or

(2) a transport vehicle that is:

(A) constructed;

(B) maintained; and

(C) operated;

according to law.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
