Section 410IAC7-24-389. Storing refuse, recyclables, and returnables

(a) Refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be stored in receptacles or waste handling units so that they are inaccessible to insects and rodents.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
