Section 410IAC7-24-379. Flushing a waste retention tank

Latest version.

(a) A tank for liquid waste retention shall be thoroughly flushed and drained in a sanitary manner during the servicing operation.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
