Section 410IAC7-24-368. System flushing and disinfection

Latest version.

(a) A water tank, pump, and hoses shall be flushed and sanitized before being placed in service after the following:

(1) Construction.

(2) Repair.

(3) Modification.

(4) Periods of nonuse.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a critical item.
