Section 410IAC7-24-358. Mobile water tank and mobile retail food establishment water tank materials

Latest version.

(a) Materials that are used in the construction of a mobile water tank, mobile retail food establishment water tank, and appurtenances shall be as follows:

(1) Safe.

(2) Durable, corrosion-resistant, and nonabsorbent.

(3) Finished to have a smooth, easily cleanable surface.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
