Section 410IAC7-24-344. Hand washing facility; location

(a) A hand washing facility shall be accessible at all times and located as follows:
(1) To allow convenient use by employees in:
(A) food preparation;
(B) food dispensing; and
(C) warewashing;
areas.
(2) In, or immediately adjacent to, toilet rooms.
(3) So as to not contaminate food-contact and clean warewashing surfaces.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a critical item.
