Section 410IAC7-24-330. Water pressure

(a) Water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water except that water supplied as specified under section 332(a)(1) and 332(a)(2) of this rule to a temporary retail food establishment or in response to a temporary interruption of a water supply need not be under pressure.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
