Section 410IAC7-24-327. Water sampling

Latest version.

(a) Except when used as specified under section 326 of this rule, water from a nonpublic water system shall be sampled and tested at least annually and as required by state water quality regulations.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
