Section 410IAC7-24-321. System flushing and disinfection

(a) A drinking water system shall be flushed and disinfected before being placed in service after the following:
(1) Construction, repair, or modification.
(2) An emergency situation, such as a flood, that may introduce contaminants to the system.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a critical item.
