"Employee" means any of the following:
(1) The person-in-charge.
(2) The person having supervisory or management duties.
(3) The person on the payroll.
(4) A family member.
(5) A volunteer.
(6) A person performing work under contractual agreement.
(7) Any other person working in a retail food establishment.
