Section 410IAC7-24-273. Manual warewashing equipment; wash solution temperature

(a) The temperature of the wash solution in manual warewashing equipment shall be maintained at not less than one hundred ten (110) degrees Fahrenheit or the temperature specified on the cleaning agent manufacturer's label instructions.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
