Section 410IAC7-24-267. Overhead protection on outdoor food vending areas

(a) If located outdoors, a machine used to vend food shall be provided with overhead protection, except that machines vending canned beverages need not meet this requirement.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
