Section 410IAC7-24-232. Cleanability of nonfood-contact surfaces

Latest version.

(a) Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
