Section 410IAC7-24-226. Equipment compartments; drainage

Latest version.

(a) Equipment compartments that are subject to accumulation of moisture due to conditions, such as:

(1) condensation;

(2) food or beverage drip; or

(3) water from melting ice;

shall be sloped to an outlet that allows complete draining.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
