Section 410IAC7-24-224. Beverage tubing; separation

(a) Beverage tubing and cold-plate beverage cooling devices may not be installed in contact with ice stored for human consumption. This section does not apply to cold plates that are constructed integrally with an ice storage bin.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
