Section 410IAC7-24-217. Durability and strength of equipment and utensils

Latest version.

(a) Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and to retain their characteristic qualities under normal use conditions.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
