Section 410IAC7-24-209. Galvanized metal; use limitation

Latest version.

(a) Galvanized metal may not be used for utensils or food-contact surfaces of equipment that are used in contact with acidic food.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a critical item.
