Section 410IAC7-24-202. Segregation of distressed merchandise

(a) Products that are held by the owner or operator in a retail food establishment for credit, redemption, or return to the distributor, such as damaged, spoiled, or recalled products, shall be segregated and held in designated areas that are separated from:
(1) food;
(2) equipment;
(3) utensils;
(4) linens; and
(5) single-service and single-use articles.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
