Section 410IAC7-24-197. Time and temperature control of frozen food

Latest version.

(a) Stored frozen foods shall be maintained frozen and should be stored at zero (0) degrees Fahrenheit.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
