Section 410IAC7-24-174. Food storage containers; identified with common name of food

(a) Working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the retail food establishment, such as:
(1) cooking oils;
(2) flour;
(3) herbs;
(4) potato flakes;
(5) salt;
(6) spices; and
(7) sugar;
shall be identified with the common name of the food, except that containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized, such as dry pasta, need not be identified.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
