Section 410IAC7-24-158. Shellstock condition

(a) When received by a retail food establishment, shellstock shall be reasonably free of mud, dead shellfish, and shellfish with broken shells. Dead shellfish or shellstock with badly broken shells shall be discarded.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
