Section 410IAC7-24-137. Discharges from the eyes, nose, and mouth

(a) Food employees experiencing persistent sneezing, coughing, or a runny nose or when there are any other bodily discharges from the eyes, nose, or mouth may not work with the following:
(1) Exposed food.
(2) Clean equipment, utensils, and linens.
(3) Unwrapped single-service or single-use articles.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a critical item.
