Section 410IAC7-24-125. Regulatory authority restriction or exclusion of food employee

  •    (a) Based on the findings of an investigation related to a food employee who is suspected of being infected or diseased, the regulatory authority may issue an order to the suspected employee or retail food establishment instituting one (1) or more of the following control measures:

    (1) Restricting the employee's services to specific areas and tasks in a retail food establishment that present no risk of transmitting the disease.

    (2) Excluding the employee from a retail food establishment.

    (3) Closing the retail food establishment in accordance with law.

      (b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
