Rule 410IAC7-24. Sanitary Standards for the Operation of Retail Food Establishments |
Section 410IAC7-24-108. Access allowed at reasonable times after due notice

(a) After the regulatory authority presents official credentials and expresses an intent to conduct an inspection, investigation, or to collect food samples, the person-in-charge shall allow the regulatory authority to determine if the retail food establishment is in compliance with this rule by allowing access to the establishment, and providing information and records specified in this rule and to which the regulatory authority is entitled according to law, during the retail food establishment's hours of operation and other reasonable times.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
