Section 410IAC7-21-6. "Allergen" defined

"Allergen" means foods that are commonly known to cause serious allergenic responses, including, but not limited to, the following:
(1) Milk.
(2) Eggs.
(3) Fish.
(4) Crustacea.
(5) Mollusks.
(6) Tree nuts.
(7) Wheat.
(8) Legumes, particularly peanuts and soybeans.
