Section 410IAC1-5-3. "Bloodborne pathogens" defined

  •    "Bloodborne pathogens" means pathogenic micro-organisms that are present in human blood and can cause disease in humans. These pathogens include, but are not limited to, the following:

    (1) HBV.

    (2) HCV.

    (3) HIV.
