Section 410IAC7-24-67. "Poultry" defined

Latest version.

"Poultry" means a:

(1) domesticated bird included under IC 15-2.1-24 [IC 15-2.1 was repealed by P.L.2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008. See IC 15-17-5.] and is not meat; or

(2) game animal.
