Section 410IAC7-24-53. "Meat" defined

(a) "Meat" means the food products of animals, such as:
(1) pork;
(2) beef;
(3) lamb; and
(4) ratite;
included under IC 15-2.1-24 [IC 15-2.1 was repealed by P.L.2-2008, SECTION 83, effective July 1, 2008. See IC 15-17-5.].
(b) The term does not include:
(1) fish;
(2) poultry; and
(3) game animals.
