Section 410IAC7-24-426. Maintaining premises of unnecessary items and litter

(a) The premises shall be free of litter and items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment, such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
