Section 410IAC7-24-425. Storing maintenance tools

(a) Maintenance tools, such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, and similar items, shall be stored so they do not contaminate the following:
(1) Food.
(2) Equipment.
(3) Utensils.
(4) Linens.
(5) Single-service and single-use articles.
(b) These same maintenance tools shall be stored in an orderly manner that facilitates cleaning the area used for storing the maintenance tools.
(c) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) or (b) is a noncritical item.
