Rule 410IAC7-24. Sanitary Standards for the Operation of Retail Food Establishments |
Section 410IAC7-24-416. Removing dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pests

(a) Dead or trapped:
(1) birds;
(2) insects;
(3) rodents; and
(4) other pests;
shall be removed from control devices and the premises at a frequency that prevents their accumulation, decomposition, or attraction of pests.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
