Section 410IAC7-24-394. Maintaining refuse areas and enclosures

(a) A storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained free of unnecessary items, as specified under section 426 of this rule, and clean.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
