Section 410IAC7-24-286. Warewashing machine; sanitization pressure

(a) The flow pressure of the fresh hot water sanitizing rinse in a warewashing machine may not be less than fifteen (15) pounds per square inch or more than twenty-five (25) pounds per square inch as measured in the waterline immediately downstream or upstream from the fresh hot water sanitizing rinse control valve.
(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
