Section 410IAC7-24-25. "Drinking water" defined

(a) "Drinking water" means water that meets the requirements of 327 IAC 8.
(b) The term is traditionally known as potable water.
(c) The term includes water, except where the term used connotes that the water is not potable, such as the following:
(1) Boiler water.
(2) Mop water.
(3) Rainwater.
(4) Wastewater.
(5) Nondrinking water.
