Section 410IAC7-24-211. Lead in pewter alloys; use limitation

Latest version.

(a) Pewter alloys containing lead in excess of five-hundredths percent (0.05%) may not be used as a food-contact surface.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
