Section 410IAC7-24-145. Accurate representation of packaged food using standards of identity

(a) Packaged food shall comply with standard of identity requirements in 21 CFR 131 through 21 CFR 169, 9 CFR 319, and the general requirements in 21 CFR 130 and 9 CFR 319, Subpart A.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
