Section 410IAC6-14-18. Refuse disposal

(a) Refuse shall be stored in covered, fly-tight, watertight containers. Refuse can liners (also known as trash bags) constructed of plastic, paper, or similar material may not be stored outside a camp car.
(b) All refuse containers must be kept in a sanitary condition.
(c) Mobile camps and the camp cars shall be kept clean and free of litter.
(d) Refuse shall be collected, stored, and disposed of in such a manner that it will not create:
(1) fly breeding;
(2) rodent harborage;
(3) an odor or smoke nuisance; or
(4) a health, fire, or safety hazard.
