Section 410IAC33-5-1. IAQ criteria

In order to maintain good IAQ, the state agency is responsible for meeting the criteria in this section. During an inspection, the state inspector will investigate any condition that is contributing or could contribute to poor IAQ, including, but not limited to, the following:
(1) Carbon dioxide levels.
(2) Humidity.
(3) Evidence of mold or water damage.
(4) Excess dust.
